Adv Global Group is a fast-growing company looking for a driven individual to join our Johannesburg Team immediately!

Role Overview:

This individual will be working alongside the Head of Payroll. The individual will be responsible for payroll administration, processing and reconciliation.

Duties:

  1. Manage you’re the payroll requirements on a daily basis
  2. Manage your Planning Calendar and Update the Planning Calendar on a Monthly Basis
  3. Assist the Tax payroll Team to ensure all Payspace uploads has been completed and that the payslips are in line with the tax directives.
  4. Assist in the manage all Contractor assignments according to requirements
  5. Check the Dealsheet and ADV CRM System on a daily basis to look at new assignments that were received on a daily basis and that same is uploaded correctly onto Payspace
  6. Adhere to Compliance Processes for all new Assignments (based on Country and/ or Project)
  7. Complete all contractor Queries on the Contractor Tax Queries Smartsheet
  8. Manage contractor query emails, to ensure all queries are attended to ensure all queries are managed and responded to within 24hoursand finalised within 3 days, to escalate accordingly.
  9. Process Contractor Payroll
  10. Assist with Payroll Files Calculations (as and when needed)
  11. Assist in Checking Tax Team Payroll Files and Tax calculations
  12. Must be able to edit and add to Payspace.
  13. Must understand the principle of accounting and how payroll feeds into management accounts
  14. Manage client invoices and statement together with the account management team
  15. Must be prepared to work long hours during large pay runs
  16. Innovative and creative thinking is required

 

Requirements

  1. Advance workable knowledge of pay space
  2. Min 5 to 10 years experience in international payroll
  3. Degree or diploma required
  4. Be able to work in Randburg and remotely when required
  5. Advance knowledge of Excel
  6. International payroll experience is required

 

START DATE: Available Immediately, but willing to wait for the right person

SALARY: R10,000.00 to R15,000.00 per month CTC

EDUCATION: Degree or Diploma required

SYSTEMS EXPERIENCE: Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel and XERO, Quickbooks and SAGE SKILLS

MUST HAVE: Attention to detail, Problem Solving, Excellent organizational skills, time management, good communication skills.
