Adv Global Group is a fast-growing company looking for a driven individual to join our Team!


This individual will be working alongside the Managing Director, Head of Finance and Management Accountant. The individual will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of the company including but not limited to Financial reporting, Cashflow Management, Managing Forecast and Actuals on a monthly basis and internal auditing.

BASED: On-site. Johannesburg, South Africa


• 10 Years + In Finance Environment
• Payroll/ Recruitment Environment
• Financial Reporting
• Bank reconciliation across multiple currencies
• Accounts receivable + Debtor Management
• Purchase order processing and control
• Set up of various ledgers and accounts if and when needed
• Plan tasks for the team and ensure the tasks are completed
• Training of new staff
• Ensuring All Accounting Activities Comply With Regulations
• Ensures the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions.
• Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
• Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies.
• Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts, preparing a trial balance, and reconciling entries.
• Summarizes financial status by collecting information and preparing balance sheet, profit and loss, and other statements.
• Produces payroll by initiating computer processing; printing checks, verifying finished product.
• Completes external audit by analyzing and scheduling general ledger accounts and providing information for auditors.
• Avoids legal challenges by complying with legal requirements.
• Secures financial information by completing database backups.
• Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.

START DATE: Available Immediately, but willing to wait for the right person

EXPERIENCE: 10+ years

EDUCATION: Degree/ Diploma a must

SYSTEMS EXPERIENCE: Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, XERO, QuickBooks, Sage and Payroll Software

SKILLS REQUIRED: Attention to detail, Problem Solving, Excellent organizational skills, time management, good communication skills, Team work and Junior Staff Management.
