CONTRACTS ADMINISTRATOR
Adv Global Group is a fast-growing company looking for a driven individual to join our Cape Town or Johannesburg Team immediately!
ROLE OVERVIEW:
- Liaising with Contract Workers and Clients on a daily basis
- Send out formal Welcome Emails to contract workers
- On-boarding contract workers, which includes but not limited to chasing of compliance documents, adding them onto the company medical insurance and assisting with all contractor queries
- Adding contractor personal and placement information to our in-house CRM system
- Drafting of contractor contracts, extensions, amendments and termination letters.
- Sending out contract worker contracts via an electronic signature system
- Contractor Care
Based: On-site. Johannesburg, South Africa OR Cape Town, Johannesburg
Start Date: Available Immediately, but willing to wait for the right person
Experience: 1-2 years
Education: Highschool Certificate or HR Degree/ Diploma (preferable)
Systems Experience: Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Skills Required: Attention to detail; Communication (verbal and non-verbal), telephone manner, time management, team player
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: R8 000,00 – R15 000,00 per month
